Patricia Fix has been an advocate for victims during her entire career. She will be an advocate for justice and fairness as a judge of the 2nd Sub-Circuit Court of Lake County Illinois.
Her proven track record, impartiality and integrity is demonstrated in the various high profile investigations and prosecutions she has successfully conducted. Her extensive experience in the courtroom, justice system, and community make her uniquely qualified to be a Judge in Lake County.
Her expertise has been acknowledged with a number of awards, including:

- Fred L. Foremen Criminal Justice Award
- U.S. Postal Inspectors Award of Excellence
- Loyola University Leadership and Service Award
Attorney General Lisa Madigan has awarded her on behalf of the Illinois Attorney General Child Exploitation Task Force and the Illinois ICAC for her role in protecting children from internet predators. She is on the College of Lake County Computer Forensics Advisory Board and is a guest lecturer on a variety of computer forensic related topics. She lectures in the areas of White Collar Crime, Sexual Assault, Identity Theft, Child Abuse and Neglect, Internet Safety and Criminal Investigations and Prosecutions.
